NUTRITIONAL INFO > Serving size 89 g (wedge, 1/6 head), Calories 15, Protein 1 g, Carbohydrate 3 g, Dietary Fiber 1 g, Fat 0 g, Cholesterol 0 mg, Sodium 10 mg DO YOU KNOW... • Iceberg Lettuce got its name because growers used to pack it with crushed ice to ship. • Contrary to popular belief, it is not always best to get the firmest head of lettuce. The best tasting lettuce will not be rock solid. If you buy the firmest head, you will get more lettuce for your money, but it may not have the best possible flavor. |
