Ranch Selection

Ground history and proximity are thoroughly researched.

Fields are selected according to strict food safety specifications.

Irrigation Water

Microbial testing of all sources of irrigation water are routinely done.

Fertilizers

Only synthetic fertilizers are used for growing Coastline products.

Pesticides

All applications are in accordance with EPA and FDA guidelines by certified applicators.

Sanitary Harvest Practices

GAP and HACCP based guidelines are utilized; hand washing, gloves, restrooms, harvest implements are in place.

Traceability Codes

All cartons are marked with trace back information: harvest date, ranch number and grower ID.

Raw Product Cooling

Incoming and outgoing temperatures are monitored and logged.

Trailer Inspection

All trailers are inspected for cooling efficiency and cleanliness prior to loading.

With annual third party audit of shipping facilities, we strive to keep our superior and excellent ratings each year.
