Having developed such a strong program that we are proud of, the next step was to put in place a Foodservice Manager who could provide that hands-on, no nonsense personal touch that is so important in today’s fast paced market.
With this we have announced that Earlene Lewis, who has been with Coastline for 13 years has been given the position of Foodservice Manager. Her to-the-point attitude, no b-s policy, and extensive knowledge of the label will be a perfect fit.
When asked ‘What is the key to success’ Earlene, quick with wit, responds :
“Never let them see you sweat- just get the job done-whether the order is 1 box or many- I’ll customize, super size, jazzercise- well ok get real maybe not that, but you will have what you want when you want it, that I can promise”
